Partnering for a More Affordable, Energy-Efficient Ipswich
The Town of Ipswich has chosen Revise, Inc. as its official partner to bring no-cost Mass Save® Home Energy Assessments, weatherization services, and energy efficiency upgrades to local residents and small businesses. The consultation is absolutely free with no obligation.
About Ipswich Saves
Ipswich Saves is a collaborative initiative formed between the Town of Ipswich and Revise, aimed at promoting more affordable energy efficiency and renewable energy alternatives in our community. The program is designed for National Grid natural gas customers and offers access to complimentary home energy assessments, weatherization services, and a variety of rebates and incentives under the Mass Save® program.
Revise is proud to be the Preferred Home Performance Contractor under the Mass Save® program, chosen to support the Ipswich Saves initiative, helping Ipswich become a more energy-efficient community.
- A customized home energy report, which recommends reductions in energy consumption.
- No-cost instant saving measures like smart power strips, programmable thermostats and faucet aerators, etc.
- Access to applicable rebates and incentives, including:
- 100% off air sealing of air leaks
- 75-100% off approved insulation
- 0% financing on qualifying improvements
- Generous rebates on high-efficiency heating, cooling, and water heating equipment
- Owner-occupied single-family homes may be eligible for 75% off approved insulation services. Moderate-income households, 2-4 unit homes, and rental units in 1-4 unit homes could be eligible for 100% off approved insulation services.
